This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Engage with inbound marketing leads to identify qualified opportunities, providing the right information at the appropriate time for interested prospects.
• Carry out initial qualification calls and meetings with potential clients to comprehend their needs and how our solutions may assist them.
• Create email campaigns and utilize various social platforms, including LinkedIn, to convey the value of our solutions to prospects.
• Investigate target leads and personas, producing an analysis of prospects before passing them to Sales Directors.
• Enhance your sales skills and quickly familiarize yourself with our product offerings to effectively articulate the value proposition of our solutions and address objections and competitive inquiries.
• Keep comprehensive and updated records of documentation and lead management activities using Salesforce and other tools.
• Consistently meet quotas for qualified opportunities, lead conversion goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare and/or health-tech.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development or full-cycle sales within a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Proficient in using Hubspot, Salesforce, Definitive Healthcare, and Google Workspace.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to overcome objections and think on your feet.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, along with familiarity in data analysis.
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to receive and learn from feedback.
• Demonstrates perseverance to see tasks through to completion, even when faced with challenges, and possesses the ability to recover from setbacks.
• Business acumen and customer focus: shows understanding of products and customer profiles through proactive research.
