• The Manager is tasked with enhancing and advancing the commercial and customer success of the Nova programme.
• This position emphasizes the importance of fostering long-term relationships over immediate sales.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to comprehend their objectives and challenges.
• Develop and oversee a portfolio of strategically significant customers.
• Create and sustain comprehensive account plans that align with customer goals.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding solutions.
• Establish Gladstone as a solution partner that translates insights into actionable strategies.
• Serve as the representative voice of the customer internally while working alongside cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling AI platforms into sales with strategic accounts in the leisure and fitness sector.
• Strong commercial insight with a background in contract negotiations, renewals, and long-term agreements.
• Proven ability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders and influence at the board or executive level.
• Experience collaborating with complex organizations, preferably in the public sector, leisure, health, or education fields.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical solutions in straightforward terms.
• Background in leisure management, SaaS platforms, or regulated/public sector environments.
• Knowledge of framework agreements and public sector procurement processes.
• Awareness of digital transformation challenges in membership-based or customer-facing services.
• A culture that prioritizes collaboration, innovation, and doing what is right for customers.
