đź“‹ Description

• Take responsibility for Net Revenue Retention (NRR) within your strategic portfolio.

• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Annual Business Reviews tailored to the specific revenue and operational objectives of each park.

• Create and implement growth strategies for your most valuable relationships.

• Act as the main point of contact for strategic clients, including multi-park groups and high-value individual properties.

• Adhere to a monthly SLA schedule: engaging in meaningful discussions and QBRs.

• Travel monthly to meet key customers face-to-face, fostering trust that cannot be established through virtual meetings.

• Cultivate and sustain strong connections with various stakeholders at each account.

• Collaborate with the Implementation team when strategic accounts onboard new properties, ensuring smooth transitions and successful go-lives.

• Take part in post-live success calls to ensure users are properly set up and that adoption is progressing as expected.

• Monitor account health indicators in HubSpot, including usage patterns, SLA compliance, NPS, and churn risk markers.

• Prepare and deliver data-driven performance reports for both customers and internal stakeholders.

• Work alongside Support, Implementation, and Product teams to swiftly resolve customer issues and advocate for relevant features that benefit your accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Account Management, Customer Success, or Account Executive role with clear accountability for revenue results (retention, expansion, or quotas).

• Proven experience managing a tiered book of business, prioritizing high-touch versus lower-touch accounts, and able to explain your approach.

• A successful history of generating expansion revenue through upselling, cross-selling, or adopting new products—not solely renewing existing contracts.

• Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM; utilized for managing activities, tracking health, and generating meaningful reports.

• Strong skills in QBR and executive-level communication—experienced in conducting data-driven business reviews with business owners or senior leaders.

• Willingness and capacity to travel monthly for in-person meetings with customers.

• A self-motivated individual who acts with urgency and creates structure in ambiguous situations.
