This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +11 more states.
• Take responsibility for Net Revenue Retention (NRR) within your strategic portfolio.
• Actively seek out and secure expansion opportunities: adoption of Booking Fees, upsells of new products, and the addition of new properties to existing groups.
• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Annual Business Reviews tailored to the specific revenue and operational objectives of each park.
• Create and implement growth strategies for your most valuable relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact for strategic clients, including multi-park groups and high-value individual properties.
• Adhere to a monthly SLA schedule: engaging in meaningful discussions and QBRs.
• Travel monthly to meet key customers face-to-face, fostering trust that cannot be established through virtual meetings.
• Cultivate and sustain strong connections with various stakeholders at each account.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team when strategic accounts onboard new properties, ensuring smooth transitions and successful go-lives.
• Take part in post-live success calls to ensure users are properly set up and that adoption is progressing as expected.
• Monitor account health indicators in HubSpot, including usage patterns, SLA compliance, NPS, and churn risk markers.
• Prepare and deliver data-driven performance reports for both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Work alongside Support, Implementation, and Product teams to swiftly resolve customer issues and advocate for relevant features that benefit your accounts.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Account Management, Customer Success, or Account Executive role with clear accountability for revenue results (retention, expansion, or quotas).
• Proven experience managing a tiered book of business, prioritizing high-touch versus lower-touch accounts, and able to explain your approach.
• A successful history of generating expansion revenue through upselling, cross-selling, or adopting new products—not solely renewing existing contracts.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM; utilized for managing activities, tracking health, and generating meaningful reports.
• Strong skills in QBR and executive-level communication—experienced in conducting data-driven business reviews with business owners or senior leaders.
• Willingness and capacity to travel monthly for in-person meetings with customers.
• A self-motivated individual who acts with urgency and creates structure in ambiguous situations.
