This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Reporting to the Director of Strategic Accounts, the Strategic Accounts Manager (SAM) will serve as a representative for Blue Earth Diagnostics Inc. and its products.
• The SAM plays a pivotal role in crafting and delivering strategic solutions to both external and internal clients while aiding in the formation of market partnerships, internal strategic initiatives, and field support.
• As a customer-facing professional, the SAM will engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and C-suite executives across specific medical specialties and geographical areas.
• The SAM will cultivate and sustain long-term, peer-to-peer relationships with these essential stakeholders, including KOLs and healthcare professionals focused on prostate cancer treatment within key institutions in the US.
• The SAM will address the identified needs of key stakeholders by providing relevant and compliant data and developed processes, ensuring suitable on-label usage through improved patient access to company offerings.
• Furthermore, the SAM will act as the strategic liaison to industry partners, group leaders, and internal company staff.
• Develop and implement strategic and tactical business plans tailored to external industry partnerships.
• Formulate strategies and tactics to effectively convey complex analytical information.
• Regularly gather vital competitive intelligence and clinical insights through one-on-one meetings, group discussions, and conference attendance, assessing the impact on Blue Earth's strategy and relaying this information to internal stakeholders.
• An associate's or bachelor's degree, or completion of a certificate program.
• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and the PhRMA Code.
• Capability to integrate and collaborate within a cross-functional network.
• Proven project management skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 50%-70% of the time (approximately 10-12 overnight trips per month).
• A valid driver’s license is required.
