
Strategic Account Specialist – Southwest

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of and oversee a portfolio of designated strategic accounts, which include high-volume aesthetic practices, multi-location clinics, key customer targets, and KOL accounts.
• Implement strategies for account contracts by enhancing utilization across all contracted locations, facilitating pull-through initiatives, and collaborating with Strategic Account Managers to boost Letybo market share.
• Create and carry out tailored account plans aimed at driving product adoption, customer retention, account growth, reorder frequency, and long-term success.
• Promote consistent product utilization through education, follow-up, business collaboration, and alignment of field and internal resources.
• Cultivate strong relationships with physicians, injectors, practice managers, business owners, office staff, and key decision-makers.
• Assist in the effective launch, activation, and sustained performance of both new and existing strategic accounts.
• Monitor progress towards utilization goals, revenue targets, account growth metrics, and forecasting expectations.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; equivalent professional experience may be considered based on business needs.
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, customer success, or practice development within the realms of medical aesthetics, healthcare, medical devices, dermatology, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or related sectors.
• Strong preference for experience in medical aesthetics, injectables, dermatology, or buy-and-bill environments.
• Prior experience in supporting strategic accounts, key accounts, multi-location clients, or managing high-value customer relationships is preferred.
• Exceptional consultative selling and relationship management abilities with a knack for influencing various stakeholders and driving account expansion.
• A business consulting mindset with the capability to identify practice gaps, resolve issues, and implement effective solutions that foster adoption, utilization, and customer success.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze account performance, utilization trends, and revenue opportunities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and follow-up abilities for in-person, virtual, and phone-based customer interactions.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales, clinical, marketing, training, customer service, and operational teams.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
