This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Assist in discussions regarding overall strategic growth opportunities within existing strategic client subsidiaries/partners or other channels & SPP alongside key Strategic Account Leaders.
• Create, implement, and execute activities aimed at revenue growth, which includes a monthly/quarterly BNG (Book and Go) schedule of product focus within the industry segment & client. Report ongoing results, analyze successes and opportunities, and offer recommendations for future steps.
• Evaluate Site Sale Opportunities and/or Experiential Opportunities including segment pre-marketing; item review/recommendations; planogram setups; client communication, and complete execution, encompassing client follow-up reporting & future state recommendations.
• Assist in research and recommendations for product, design, and development for large project special order opportunities. Presentations should be innovative, demonstrate thought leadership, and be tailored for a C-suite audience. Secure product samples for on-site client meetings, manage the packing, shipping, and tracking of all packages. Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Acquire a deep understanding and foster successful relationships with our vendors.
• Develop a proactive schedule for social and digital engagement with key clients/subsidiaries/partners that supports the client; execute the plan.
• Contribute to ideation for limited edition collections to promote ‘hot commodity’ items and While Supplies Last.
• Explore opportunities to leverage the e-store for Product(s) of the Month to enhance overall site engagement, which may involve creative ideation and collaboration with key vendors.
• Ensure timely billing for all activities.
• Review and recommend topics for inclusion in bi-annual Customer Business Reviews.
• Assist in the creation of the Account Map for the client.
• Support marketing and merchandising initiatives with prompt flyer generation and distribution through SFDC when appropriate.
• Build and manage a project tracker.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to invoicing, receivables, delivery challenges, payment collection, and other miscellaneous tasks as they arise.
• Travel as necessary to support all sales efforts.
• 4+ years of experience in Sales, project management, or Operations.
• A passion for Promotional Products.
• Ability to operate independently within guidelines without needing oversight for every task.
• Capability to work within dotted line reporting structures supporting multiple sales representatives.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, encompassing in-person, virtual, and digital interactions.
• Strong collaboration skills are essential for engagement with SAM, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Exceptional time management, high organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and robust project management capabilities.
• Accuracy in data entry.
• A 4-year bachelor's degree related to Product Development, Sales, or Business Management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong SFDC and PromoSpot skills are preferred but not mandatory.
