
Strategic Account Manager, Auto/Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
β’ Align with the strategic goals of the company to manage and enhance revenue and market share within designated Enterprise accounts, ensuring customer success at all levels of the organization.
β’ Develop and implement business plans that address the priorities and critical needs of customers and prospects.
β’ Provide insights on customer technology landscapes, strategic growth initiatives, technology strategies, and competitive trends based on public and acquired intelligence.
β’ Introduce domain product and service experts while maintaining oversight of account management.
β’ Manage account relationships and drive overall customer success for assigned accounts.
β’ Foster consensus and build relationships across various levels, including executive sponsors, influencers, and decision-makers.
β’ Lead significant transactions to successfully close large-scale deals.
β’ Create a pipeline, forecast business outcomes, guide the internal team, and communicate key updates along with competitive intelligence.
β’ Surpass quarterly and annual goals for new and expansion software subscriptions, renewals, professional services, and training business.
β’ At least 8 years of experience in exceeding enterprise software sales targets.
β’ Experience in fast-paced start-up environments with a focus on vertical use cases.
β’ Background in data management or data warehousing.
β’ Knowledge and experience with containers, Kubernetes, and public cloud infrastructure technologies.
β’ A four-year degree (Bachelor's) from an accredited university is required.
β’ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
