This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of revenue growth, renewals, and expansion objectives for designated UK accounts, emphasizing multi-site rollouts after successful pilot programs.
• Convert pilot results into persuasive commercial and operational business cases that appeal to UK providers, highlighting ROI, workforce efficiency, quality, and risk management.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, such as Managing Directors, Operations Directors, Clinical Leadership, and Finance personnel.
• Facilitate executive-level reviews and steering discussions, positioning Teton as a long-term strategic partner instead of merely a point solution.
• Navigate the specific decision-making processes in the UK, including clinical governance, phased rollouts, break clauses, and budgeting cycles.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure that pilot initiatives are set up for expansion from the outset.
• Uphold disciplined forecasting and maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM, offering clear insights into the likelihood of expansion, timing, and associated risks.
• Represent Teton confidently in client meetings, site visits, and significant industry events, enhancing our visibility within the UK market.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS account management or enterprise sales, with a direct focus on expansion and renewal revenue.
• Strong commercial acumen and comfort in advancing deals post-sale through complex, multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
• Demonstrated capability to sell value and results rather than features, while constructing credible business cases for senior management.
• Executive presence and assurance in engaging with leadership in UK providers with clarity, pragmatism, and trustworthiness.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at navigating ambiguity in a growing environment.
• Experience with regulated or operationally intricate organizations is advantageous, though direct senior living or healthcare experience is not mandatory.
• Proficient with CRM and collaboration tools, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and follow-through.
• Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
