• **What You'll Do:**
• This role is highly cross-functional, merging solution engineering, account growth management, customer engagement, and strategic relationship management.
• Grow Existing Customers
• - Establish yourself as a trusted commercial partner for designated customers.
• - Foster long-lasting relationships and ensure customers consistently derive value from SkyCell solutions.
• - Conduct routine business reviews and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• - Proactively manage risks related to customer retention and satisfaction.
• - Drive expansion through new use cases, regions, products, and business units.
• - Collaborate closely with Customer Success to provide solutions, ensure satisfaction, and meet customer expectations.
• - Transform successful customers into advocates and references.
• Support Winning New Business
• - Collaborate with Business Development teams on strategic sales initiatives.
• - Comprehend customer challenges and convert them into persuasive solutions.
• - Develop business cases and value propositions that facilitate customer decision-making.
• - Engage senior stakeholders across operations, procurement, quality, and supply chain functions.
• - Assist in expediting sales cycles and enhancing win rates.
• - Coordinate with product, pricing, and commercial teams to deliver successful solutions.
• **What You'll Bring:**
• - Experience in technical sales, account management, customer success, solution engineering, business development, or enterprise sales. Organized, proactive, structured, and process-oriented.
• - Proficient in navigating complex customer environments.
• - Experienced in managing intricate solutions.
• - Data-driven approach to analyze and provide suitable solutions that meet customer needs.
• - Comfortable aggregating data to present customer business reviews.
• - Strong capacity for relationship-building and stakeholder influence.
• - Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• - Preferably knowledgeable in logistics or cold chain.
• - Proficiency in French or German would be an advantage.
