This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships within designated strategic automotive dealer accounts.
• Establish Solera as a long-term strategic partner by integrating DMS, CRM, Service, and Marketing solutions with dealership goals.
• Conduct value-driven executive business reviews that emphasize performance outcomes, roadmap synchronization, and growth prospects.
• Manage the renewal strategy, negotiation, and execution while safeguarding retention and contract continuity.
• Identify risks related to renewals, formulate mitigation strategies, and orchestrate cross-functional resources.
• Generate upsell and expansion revenue by leveraging whitespace opportunities, promoting multi-solution adoption, and enhancing module growth.
• Create and uphold annual and quarterly strategic account plans.
• Propel growth across Solera’s DMS, CRM, Service, Marketing, and Inventory+ solution portfolio.
• Collaborate with Solution Performance Managers and Product Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to boost product adoption and dealership results.
• Convert usage and performance data into upsell and optimization suggestions.
• Track product utilization, NPS/CSAT, support trends, and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Lead corrective action plans and navigate complex escalations through cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide strategic insights from the field regarding competitive threats, dealer requirements, adoption challenges, and opportunities for product enhancement.
• Partner with Marketing to execute targeted communications, executive events, and strategic account initiatives.
• 3–6+ years of experience in automotive SaaS, dealership technology, or automotive retail operations.
• Proven track record in managing strategic or enterprise-level accounts with a focus on retention and growth.
• Comprehensive understanding of dealership operations encompassing fixed ops, variable ops, CRM, and marketing.
• Demonstrated capacity to drive upsell revenue and promote multi-solution adoption within an established customer base.
• Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Data-centric approach to recognizing growth prospects and customer risks.
• Familiarity with automotive DMS, CRM, or FixOps platforms.
• Previous leadership experience in a dealership setting, including Sales Management, Finance, BDC, or Service lane roles.
• Awareness of OEM standards, compliance mandates, and certification programs.
• Experience utilizing structured account planning methodologies and customer health models.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% depending on customer engagement requirements.
