This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +4 more states.
• Oversee intricate, high-value accounts within the SLED sector.
• Cultivate and influence relationships at the C-suite level, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
• Represent Omnissa’s comprehensive SaaS portfolio—including Workspace ONE and Horizon—utilizing a consultative, value-oriented sales methodology.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, enhance existing accounts, and promote long-term customer success and satisfaction.
• Exhibit expert negotiation and closing abilities to secure complex, high-value contracts.
• Demonstrate strategic planning for accounts and manage pipelines, maintaining a precise, data-informed perspective of forecasts in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Collaborate across functions with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Partner teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Stay informed about trends in End User Computing (EUC) and the competitive landscape to position cutting-edge solutions.
• Engage in industry events, customer meetings, and regional activities to broaden influence and enhance market presence.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in SaaS enterprise field sales.
• Proficient in cultivating strategic relationships with C-level decision-makers within SLED clients.
• Adept in territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline management with meticulous attention to detail.
• Consistent history of exceeding quotas and achieving top performance.
• Demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
• Excellent communication skills with outstanding storytelling and presentation capabilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and contemporary sales tools.
• Knowledge of EUC, VDI, UEM, or DaaS solutions is advantageous.
