This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Drive Enterprise Transformation
• Lead intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes within highly regulated sectors
• Manage the Complete Sales Cycle
• Develop a sales pipeline from the ground up in an early-stage environment
• Convert complex AI/ML capabilities into attractive business results
• Design multi-year expansion strategies and cultivate strong relationships
• Work closely with the VP of Sales and founders to enhance the enterprise strategy.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise software sales with a consistent record of exceeding quotas at Fortune 500 companies
• Demonstrated success in closing deals with $1M+ ACV in early-stage settings
• Proven experience in selling complex technical solutions to CIO organizations
• Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, enterprise data platforms, or management consulting
• Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to thrive in uncertain environments, ownership of outcomes, and capability to build from scratch
• Accomplishment in highly regulated industries with intricate compliance standards.
• Compensation is uncapped with competitive accelerators.
• Collaborate directly with the VP of Sales and founders.
• Influence GTM strategy and secure significant deals.
• Hold equity in a rapidly growing company.
