This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop, execute, assess, and refine a tailored plan that facilitates the achievement of performance objectives in line with the regional sales strategy.
• Effectively present and communicate our value proposition to clients to optimize business opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize intricate contracts with the assistance of global partners.
• Provide sales activity reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Prepare indicative pricing for subscriptions and customer offers, including evaluating broader opportunities such as training and professional services modules, as well as drafting responses to requests for proposals.
• Relay customer insights to the marketing, customer success, product management, and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with others to secure additional or specialized resources as necessary.
• Extensive experience in quota-carrying roles selling enterprise software solutions.
• Results-driven with several years of consistently meeting or surpassing quotas in the market.
• Proven track record of securing strategic and large-scale projects with lengthy and complex sales cycles.
• Established connections with C-level executives in related sectors.
• Successful experience interacting with strategic buyers.
• In-depth understanding of the critical drivers of change within the industry.
• Experience working with regional, national, and global partners as well as system integrators.
• Previous training and expertise in value selling and account planning methodologies.
