This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Manage a revenue quota aimed at achieving or surpassing sales objectives within designated strategic accounts.
• Cultivate robust relationships and engage with executives and C-Level contacts at customer organizations.
• Collaborate with strategic SLED clients to oversee and negotiate contract renewals, as well as cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
• Expand SLED accounts across various business units and geographical regions.
• Employ strategic selling techniques to foster significant relationships within existing and new account teams.
• Partner with clients to define business and technical objectives and explore opportunities through regular technical dialogues and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Maintain a structured engagement with assigned customer accounts, build rapport, present Keeper solutions, resolve challenges, coordinate with the broader Keeper team, and finalize deals.
• Guide customers on best practices for securing their businesses against password-related breaches.
• Actively manage the success of a designated portfolio of Keeper Security customers, ensuring consistent value delivery throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Exhibit knowledge of Customer Success best practices, stay informed on industry trends, and serve as a trusted advisor in Customer Success and Cyber Security for your clients.
• Comprehend and navigate account procurement processes to negotiate licensing agreements.
• Foster strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement, adoption, and communication, and conducting quarterly business reviews to keep clients informed about their vulnerabilities and new product features.
• Become a Keeper Security product expert for your clients and occasionally assist in Sales or Marketing calls/webinars as a Strategic Account Executive and Keeper expert.
• Promote customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies.
• Conduct data-driven assessments and analyses of customer portfolios to identify opportunities and mitigate risks, reliably renewing and expanding customer contracts while meeting and exceeding personal and team quotas.
• Champion and contribute to the development of Keeper Security’s Customer Success programs and processes, ensuring excellence in our own initiatives.
• Support the creation of a positive team atmosphere by maintaining high work standards.
• Go above and beyond to ensure customers receive the support they need to succeed.
• Design and present technical solutions to C-Suite executives and boards.
• Travel to customer meetings (locally and nationally) and rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle or strategic growth SaaS sales; experience in expanding strategic accounts in the SLED sector is essential.
• Background in the Cybersecurity or IAM industries is mandatory.
• Driven by the desire to resolve customer problems; proven ability to foresee challenges before they occur.
• Strong technical expertise related to identity management software (SSO, Directory, etc.), implementation, onboarding, and support.
• Experience engaging with and selling to SLED organizations, as well as C-Level Executives and IT/Cyber Security Executives.
• Exceptional sense of autonomy, ownership, and commitment to aiding customers in achieving their desired value.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and a team player who is also a proactive and innovative problem solver.
• Aptitude for learning software with a solid understanding of business applications.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with consistent diplomacy, tact, and composure when addressing customer issues and escalations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Salesloft.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (BA/BS).
