This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, cultivate, and finalize opportunities related to Microsoft solutions and services within designated territories or account sets.
• Maintain expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, service offerings, licensing, and associated programs.
• Propel the Connection/Microsoft co-sell initiative.
• Enhance revenue from Microsoft products and services through expanding existing customer accounts and acquiring new clients.
• Provide guidance to Sales organizations on advanced Microsoft technology strategies, opportunities for services development, and managing customer relations at the Director level and above.
• Explore and identify opportunities for business transformation.
• Increase the consumption of Microsoft services across the customer base.
• Contribute to the development of the pipeline and assist with renewal and expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Microsoft, and internal teams to foster customer adoption and ensure long-term value.
• Support Sales in efforts to acquire new customers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle for Microsoft advanced solutions and services opportunities, encompassing identification, forecasting, pursuit, and execution.
• Lead discussions with customers focused on discovery and solutions aimed at achieving business outcomes and facilitating digital transformation.
• Oversee co-sell activities among Sales, Microsoft teams, and internal partners.
• Build and sustain relationships with Directors and VPs at customer organizations.
• Provide territory and account insights to Sales leadership and assist in joint account planning and growth strategies.
• Ensure accurate reporting of pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data.
• Support renewal planning and strategies, driving upsell opportunities and services integration.
• Surpass quarterly goals for services, sales, and profitability.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of Microsoft solutions or services, targeting Director- or VP-level contacts.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack, programs, and licensing mechanisms.
• Experience in formulating renewal strategies, promoting advanced technology upsells, and integrating services.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales effectively.
• Background in Account Management, including the ability to generate new business, manage pipelines, and exceed consumption-based targets.
• Proven experience managing the sales process from lead generation to closure for professional and/or managed services opportunities.
• Capacity to adapt and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management capabilities, including attention to detail, team management, and resource allocation while setting achievable goals and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional context.
• Proficient in business outcomes and value-based selling techniques.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate long-term plans to optimize resource utilization.
