This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Create and implement strategic account plans for a designated portfolio of clients.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell, cross-sell, expansion, and renewal opportunities.
• Proactively address churn risks and secure long-term contractual commitments.
• Serve as the customer's advocate within the organization, relaying feedback to internal teams.
• Maintain expertise in products and industry trends to guide customers on best practices and value realization.
• Recognize at-risk accounts and spearhead cross-functional initiatives to resolve challenges.
• Lead and document regular Business Reviews that assess account performance, delivered value, and future strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and Sales, Services, Product, and Support teams.
• Travel both domestically and internationally approximately 25–50% as necessary.
• Over 5 years of experience in a Strategic Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or a comparable strategic sales/account management position.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, including a clinical/radiology background.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing complex, high-value customer accounts.
• Experience in cultivating relationships at the VP/C-suite level.
• Capability to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Sales to finalize expansion and renewal business.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM and account planning tools.
• Proficient in leveraging data to shape account strategy.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thought processes.
• Ability to convert customer objectives into actionable account plans.
• Competence in managing multiple complex accounts while effectively prioritizing tasks.
• Experience working collaboratively across Sales, Services, and Product teams.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to operate independently from a home office while also functioning as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Experience in Healthcare and/or Healthcare IT is preferred.
• Understanding of radiology workflow is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Suite, and Healthcare Applications/Products is preferred.
