This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans for a portfolio of key accounts.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Collaborate with Sales on opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, expansion, and renewals.
• Proactively address churn risks and secure long-term contract commitments.
• Represent the voice of the customer by communicating feedback to internal teams.
• Maintain expertise in products, services, and industry trends to advise customers on best practices and value realization.
• Identify accounts at risk and lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct and document regular Business Reviews that cover account performance, delivered value, and future strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and Sales, Services, Product, and Support teams.
• Travel domestically and internationally approximately 25–50% of the time.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Strategic Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or a similar strategic sales/account management position.
• Ideally experienced in an MSP environment, technology sector, or healthcare setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience including a clinical/radiology background.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing complex, high-value customer accounts.
• Experience in building relationships at the VP/C-suite level.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Sales to finalize expansion and renewal business.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and account planning tools; capable of using data to guide account strategy.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple complex accounts while effectively prioritizing tasks.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Services, and Product teams.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently from a home office as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Preferred: experience in Healthcare and/or Healthcare IT.
• Preferred: understanding of radiology workflow.
• Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Suite, and healthcare applications/products.
