This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the relationship management with IDEXX LPD clients and distributors.
• Promote sales growth and enhance customer loyalty towards IDEXX products and services within the IDEXX Livestock, Poultry, and Dairy (LPD) sector.
• Collaborate with distributors in designated territories to expand business through performance management, continuous guidance, coaching, and training.
• Provide precise sales forecasts and meet sales targets.
• Assist in defining strategic sales direction while gathering market feedback.
• Concentrate on supplying LPD test kits, software, and solutions to customer accounts, including laboratories, veterinarians, corporate integrators, and significant commercial farms.
• Engage customers through all sales and marketing initiatives in the assigned territory via business discussions and educational interactions.
• Direct distributors and internal technical support teams to address customer inquiries, objections, troubleshooting, and deliver technical support services.
• Collaborate closely with distributors and internal teams to gather and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and business opportunities within the designated territories.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key customers through regular meetings and co-visitation plans with distributors.
• Proven history of exceptional sales performance over several years in the life science or health science sectors.
• Preferably within the veterinary field.
• Experience in animal health, feed, or farm-level sales is essential.
• Distributor and account management experience is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with commercial integrated farming practices and consulting experience in LPD is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
• Strong financial acumen, with the capability to assess and evaluate the implications of quarterly and annual commercial goals, pricing, equipment financing, and customer commercial needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong written and presentation abilities.
• Excellent customer service, business relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Motivated, proactive, and passionate about achieving business excellence.
