Store Manager Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• In collaboration with the store manager, you will oversee the operations of a JYSK store.

• You will take the initiative to positively impact key performance indicators (KPIs) and inspire the team to achieve outstanding results.

• You will implement and uphold store concepts and operational routines.

• You enjoy staying active and engaging in physical tasks, serving as a role model by taking charge of sales and the daily operations of the store.

• Experience in leading and developing teams is advantageous.

• You are motivated, communicative, and foster a positive and respectful work environment.

• A willingness to take responsibility for your future store and its performance is essential.

• You are goal-oriented and aim for exceptional outcomes.

• Availability to work on Saturdays, with one weekday off as compensation.

• Proficient in German (minimum C1 level), both spoken and written.
