📋 Description

• Accountable for the complete development process of new Caribou Coffee locations

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of each project assigned, which includes market strategy, site selection, deal negotiation, entitlements, design coordination, construction execution, and operational transition

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of real estate development projects

• Manage the strategic market approach for the designated territory along with the growth plan

• Direct site searches, recommendations, and choices for new or repositioned Caribou locations

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in store development, real estate development, or QSR/retail development

• Familiarity with quick-service restaurants (QSR) and/or drive-thru real estate

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Proficient in research and/or analytic software and reporting
