Store Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of designated market pipelines and successfully deliver approved sites for coffeehouse openings.

• Oversee the market strategy and growth plan for your assigned territory by collaborating with market experts and brokers.

• Direct site searches, provide recommendations, and select locations for new or repositioned Caribou outlets.

• Develop real estate and market presentations for evaluation, analysis, or project endorsement.

• Manage location analysis tools to guarantee accurate and current data and modeling for sales forecasting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in store development, real estate development, or QSR/retail development.

• Familiarity with quick-service restaurants (QSR) and/or drive-thru real estate.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Proficiency with research and/or analytical software and reporting tools.
