This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assisting in the product line workflows and procurement needs for Stop Loss Virtual Office (SLVO) clients.
• Coordinating and executing both electronic and manual processes and systems, which include sending, receiving, and tracking applications and coverage proposals.
• Managing bid negotiations and placement requirements.
• Providing market insights, decision support, and analytical reports.
• Collaborating with designated local offices to ensure accurate and complete RFP submissions.
• Creating client deliverables for internal team members.
• Reviewing received marketing summaries and proposals while managing workflows to meet deadlines.
• Communicating updates to the producer and local service teams, as well as stop-loss carriers, as needed.
• Gathering necessary disclosure information and assisting in proposal negotiations when requested.
• Collaborating with producers and service teams to present renewal marketing summaries and decision support to clients if required.
• Submitting and confirming final renewal terms to ensure accuracy in the perpetual system and for billing reconciliation.
• Serving as a knowledgeable resource for designated local offices on all stop-loss matters.
• Ensuring optimal use of product group resources to enhance client benefits.
• Participating in mandatory training sessions and courses to develop and maintain relevant skills and product knowledge.
• Upholding a high level of confidentiality regarding processed information.
• Must have or demonstrate a willingness to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the employer's stop-loss market.
• Strong project management and analytical abilities are essential.
