This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy Stibo STEP MDM solutions across various domains including Customer, Product, Supplier, and Location master data.

• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into scalable MDM solutions.

• Configure and tailor Stibo STEP workflows, business rules, attributes, classifications, hierarchies, and validations.

• Establish and execute Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, stewardship processes, and data ownership models.

• Create and uphold data quality rules, cleansing strategies, matching/merging logic, and enrichment processes.

• Integrate Stibo MDM with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, eCommerce, and other enterprise systems utilizing APIs and middleware.

• Assist in metadata management, lineage, cataloging, and compliance initiatives.

• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams for migration, onboarding, testing, and deployment activities.

• Perform root cause analysis and resolve MDM/data quality issues.

• Generate technical documentation, SOPs, governance guidelines, and architecture diagrams.

• Guide junior team members and promote best practice adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–9 years of overall IT experience with a strong emphasis on Master Data Management.

• At least 3+ years of practical experience in Stibo STEP MDM implementation/support.

• Comprehensive understanding of:

• Proficiency in configuring:

• Experience with integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, or middleware platforms.

• Knowledge of cloud and enterprise data architecture.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and requirements gathering skills.
