This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support program requirements and conduct searches for Locum Tenens.
• Provide necessary documentation for Locum Tenens candidates.
• Process Name Clears and review presentations for Locum Tenens candidates.
• Organize, establish, and maintain Locum Tenens assignments across all regions.
• Adhere to the Locum Tenens workflow process.
• Match qualifications of locum tenens physicians with specific needs.
• Negotiate placement fees and costs for Locum Tenens assignments.
• Keep Locum Tenens physician information updated in Salesforce and other systems.
• Provide necessary documentation for Locum Tenens clinicians.
• Serve as the primary contact for Staffing Companies regarding all Locum Tenens requirements.
• Maintain records for current Staffing Companies.
• Generate and run reports to monitor the progress of locum searches.
• Foster relationships with Staffing Companies.
• Execute other related tasks and special projects as assigned by the manager.
• Associate’s Degree or a comparable combination of work experience and education.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Staffing role is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Client service orientation, both internally and externally.
• Creative and persistent in problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational skills and effective time management.
• Capable of handling confidential information reliably.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing sensitive situations and confidential data.
• The position requires poise, tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment at all times.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance are required.
• Typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
