This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Architect APAC Strategy: Develop near, mid, and long-term technical strategies for a portfolio of premier APAC enterprise accounts, ensuring they achieve maximum value through intricate, multi-national Application Security workflows.
• Drive Regional Thought Leadership: Serve as a primary resource for the most intricate customer and product scenarios in APAC, representing Snyk at regional industry events and executive discussions.
• Influence Global Product Roadmap: Collaborate with global Product and Engineering teams to champion APAC-specific needs and shape product direction.
• Orchestrate High-Stakes Transformations: Activate cross-functional internal resources (Solutions Architecture, Product, Support) to eliminate adoption barriers and tackle technical challenges unique to the APAC region.
• Master Executive Storytelling: Conduct Strategic Business Reviews (QBRs) for APAC leadership teams, utilizing data-driven narratives to showcase ROI and enhance Snyk’s influence within the account.
• Mentor the APAC POD: Lead and guide a POD of TSMs in the region, performing account assessments and nurturing a culture of technical excellence centered on customer success.
• Over 10 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position.
• In-depth understanding of contemporary software development life cycles and industry-standard tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Jenkins, VS Code).
• Experience in navigating the business cultures and technical requirements of significant APAC markets (e.g., ANZ, SE Asia, Japan).
• Outstanding communication abilities with the capacity to influence stakeholders ranging from developers to C-suite executives across diverse cultures and languages.
• A proven track record of leading technical transformation initiatives and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, technology, engineering, mathematics, business, or equivalent experience.
