Staff Technical Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish Business Cadence: Take ownership and enhance the structured approach for evaluating operational metrics and creating the execution framework (QBR, roadmaps, capacity planning, etc).

• Organizational Alignment: Facilitate the collaborative process to define, scope, and commit to significant technical initiatives.

• Performance Insight & Visibility: Define, track, and share KPIs and operational health metrics for the entire department, providing an executive synthesis.

• Operational Excellence: Improve velocity by streamlining and standardizing program management frameworks, templates, and communication across our various teams.

• Lead Special Initiatives: Assist in managing complex, high-impact, and high-visibility technical programs throughout the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and on-time delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly in software development or infrastructure.

• Demonstrated history of successfully delivering intricate roadmaps in fast-paced settings.

• Technical fluency to understand software architecture, development lifecycles, and resource dependencies.

• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

• Capacity to influence and build consensus across diverse teams.

• Experience with risk management, conflict resolution, and change management.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Asana).

• Background in data, analytics, or business intelligence, ideally with exposure to AI / LLM.

• Technical background (e.g., previous engineer, relevant technical degree).

• Certifications in project management (e.g., SAFe).
