This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to assist in strategic enterprise initiatives throughout the DACH region.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and solution design with clients and partners.
• Conduct workshops with customer stakeholders focusing on security, infrastructure, IAM, endpoint management, and workplace technology.
• Manage the relationship with the customer’s technical representatives during and after the sales journey.
• Assist clients in assessing Firefox Enterprise in terms of deployment, policy management, identity integration, logging, security measures, and operational compatibility.
• Design and facilitate pilots, proofs of concept, and implementation plans.
• Provide guidance to customers on deployment strategies, architectural choices, and integration methods for enterprise settings.
• Confirm interoperability with SSO, MFA, SIEM, proxy/network controls, endpoint tools, certificates/PKI, and browser policy frameworks.
• Identify and assist in mitigating technical risks such as application compatibility, certificate management, deployment challenges, and policy enforcement needs.
• Develop reusable technical resources including reference architectures, deployment instructions, validation plans, and technical training materials.
• Support and empower partners involved in deployment, integration, and customer success initiatives.
• Advocate for Mozilla’s principles of openness, trust, and user agency in every customer engagement.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in a senior role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Security Architect, or Technical Account Manager.
• Ideally possess in-depth knowledge of the DACH IT landscape, especially in the public sector, financial services, or KRITIS (Critical Infrastructure) operators.
• Strong background in enterprise security, endpoint management, browser security, Zero Trust, IAM, or digital workplace infrastructure.
• Practical experience with Windows enterprise deployment.
• Practical experience with GPO / MDM / policy management.
• Practical experience with certificates / PKI / TLS / proxies.
• Practical experience with SSO / MFA / IdP integrations.
• Practical experience with SIEM / DLP / CASB ecosystems.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes / Helm in customer-operated environments.
• Experience in supporting pilots, technical assessments, or enterprise deployments in intricate customer settings.
• Ability to convert complex regulatory requirements into technical configurations and sales documentation.
• Capability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior customer stakeholders.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and assisting customers in transitioning from evaluation to deployment with assurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Native-level proficiency in German.
