This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +17 more states.
• Act as the main technical liaison during partner and enterprise discussions, delving into the details of DNSid architecture, integration methodologies, and security frameworks.
• Manage integrations from start to finish: develop production-quality integration code with partners, establish reference implementations, and lead POCs from demonstration to full deployment.
• Convert partner and customer needs into clear, prioritized insights for the engineering team; assist in shaping the roadmap based on feedback gathered in the field.
• Create and update technical enablement resources: integration guides, quick start documentation, FAQs, and architecture manuals for external developers.
• Lead the technical success with partners: facilitate discovery sessions, ensure architectural alignment, define POC parameters, oversee implementation, and guide the transition from demonstration to deployment.
• Conduct technical workshops and in-depth sessions with partner engineering teams.
• Work alongside product, standards (IETF), and engineering teams to keep partner-facing documentation accurate as specifications and implementations evolve.
• Represent IDIL with credibility in technical forums, standards discussions, and partner escalations.
• Over 10 years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, developer platforms, infrastructure, identity, security, or technical partner engineering roles.
• Practical experience integrating with cloud services, identity platforms, and developer ecosystems such as AWS, Okta, or similar IdPs, OAuth/OIDC providers, agent runtimes, orchestration frameworks, SDKs, APIs, and MCP servers.
• Knowledge of emerging agent standards for agent-to-agent (A2A) communication patterns, MCP, and identity/verification standards.
• Strong grasp of identity and authentication principles: OAuth2/OIDC, JWT/JWKS, PKI, TLS, and how they integrate within production systems.
• A hands-on engineer capable of building integrations in Go, Python, or TypeScript/Node and articulating the engineering trade-offs effectively.
• Solid understanding of DNS, including DNSSEC, TXT records, resolution behaviors, and how DNS serves as a foundation for identity and verification processes.
• Exceptional communicator who can navigate discussions with a partner's CISO, their engineering team, and our internal developers effortlessly.
• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, early-stage environment; able to establish repeatable processes and contribute to the development of the solutions engineering function as the product expands.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across time zones as part of a global organization.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for partner meetings, conferences, and workshops.
