Associate Manager, Medical Communications and Content Solutions – Vaccines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create global medical content, including abstracts, manuscripts, congress posters and presentations, graphical abstracts, systematic literature reviews, plain language summaries, slide decks, medical education materials, social media content, infographics, videos, multimedia, and various other types of external-facing medical content under supervision.

• Conduct research, organize, compile, interpret, and perform quality checks on diverse types of technical and/or medical content.

• Offer solutions to stakeholders in collaboration with the manager for all projects and work alongside other teams to implement these solutions.

• Ensure the timely execution of all projects while complying with all quality and regulatory standards for medical content.

• Provide training on relevant tools and processes, including new generative AI technology platforms.

• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges with guidance from the manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced scientific degree (e.g., MS, MRes, MPharm, PhD, PharmD, MBBS/MD).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical medicine, which includes medical affairs and medical compliance.

• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of individual tasks and align with more experienced colleagues regarding scope, timelines, quality expectations, and more.

• Strong interpersonal skills to quickly establish rapport and credibility with colleagues and key external stakeholders across various cultures and regions.

• Experience in medical content writing, writing in academic environments, or communications experience within an agency, CRO, or Pharma/Biotech company.

• Proficient English verbal and written communication skills, with the flexibility to maintain clarity, consistency, compliance, and appropriateness across different settings.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and comprehend the applications of technology in the development of medical content.
