This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote Dennemeyer services within a designated territory, engaging both existing clients and potential prospects.
• Foster new business development and expand strategic accounts across our portfolio of intellectual property (IP) services and solutions.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure new business prospects within IP services, encompassing annuities, renewals, filings, legal support, and IP management solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for territory and accounts that align with growth objectives.
• Acquire new logos while enhancing existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
• Conduct discovery sessions and provide customized solutions that integrate services with technology.
• Communicate value propositions clearly, emphasizing cost efficiency, risk mitigation, compliance, and operational enhancements.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with Heads of IP, General Counsel, legal operations teams, and law firm partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–15 years of business development or sales experience, ideally in: IP services (annuities, renewals, filings, portfolio management).
• Experience in professional services or consulting within the IP/legal sector.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
• Proven experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong capability to build executive relationships and influence decision-making processes.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and commercial insight.
