• Take ownership of the architecture for new features and integrations, guiding technical design choices and ensuring high-quality, scalable results.
• Foster alignment among engineering teams regarding integration standards, architectural decisions, and best practices.
• Establish and advocate for engineering standards and patterns for integration development throughout the organization.
• Manage complete product roadmap items and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
• Mentor and enhance the skills of engineers across the team through code reviews, design feedback, and pair programming.
• Embrace AI-driven development and lead initiatives on the effective and safe use of AI throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate across functions with Product, Security, and Privacy teams to shape and influence priorities on the roadmap.
• Engage actively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Adopt and refine team practices, suggesting and implementing improvements as necessary.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in delivering high-quality production software.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Proficient in C# and .NET.
• Proven experience in delivering on-premises-installed products.
• Experience in building and interacting with RESTful APIs.
• Background in front-end development (e.g., React and Typescript).
• Familiarity with databases (both relational and NoSQL).
• Experience working with a cloud provider such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of Bash and/or Powershell scripting.
• Experience with a version control system; we utilize Git.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
