Reverse Logistics Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead technical initiatives centered around the complete reverse logistics lifecycle for returned assets and drones.

• Design, develop, and execute efficient technical processes for the assessment, repair, reconstruction, and refurbishment of assets.

• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to enhance the flow of reverse logistics.

• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation to aid internal teams and external partners.

• Assume responsibility for data analysis and reporting concerning technical rebuild metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

• At least 12 years of progressive experience in reverse logistics, service engineering, or a related technical position.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in people management.

• Proven capability to effectively implement and oversee technical solutions and systems.

• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end reverse logistics processes.

• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including SQL, Excel, and Power BI.

• Experience in assessing and managing relationships with third-party vendors effectively.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end processes and identify data-driven opportunities for ongoing improvement.

• A successful history of managing technical projects and leading cross-functional teams.
