Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the reliability strategy for the platform.

• Take complete ownership of observability from start to finish.

• Determine the operational methods for AI-driven agentic workflows at scale.

• Strengthen the integration surface.

• Manage deploy and release engineering processes.

• Develop the incident response framework, rather than merely leading incidents.

• Elevate standards through collaboration with others.

• Address complex, undefined reliability challenges at the company level.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience managing production systems.

• Proven ability to operate at scale under high-pressure conditions.

• Capable of enhancing the capabilities of those around you.

• Extensive experience with AWS (or GCP).

• Proficient in infrastructure as code (Terraform), as well as containers and orchestration (ECS/Kubernetes), and CI/CD practices.

• Hands-on experience in operating at least one major LLM API in a production environment.

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.

• Significant experience with relational databases.

• Naturally assume ownership and approach challenges proactively.

• Communicative, intellectually honest, and a team player.
