Staff Software Engineer, Full-stack Order – AI Fluency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Take ownership of the architecture and strategic roadmap for the technical system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in developing software that performs well in high-traffic production settings.

• Highly skilled in Golang, with additional proficiency in Python or PHP preferred.

• Extensive experience in crafting high-throughput REST and gRPC APIs.

• Expertise in AWS and infrastructure-as-code practices.

• Developed testing strategies encompassing Unit, Integration, and E2E automation for distributed systems.

• Successfully deployed LLMs into production, with a solid understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluating AI outputs.

• Identified, rationalized, and strategically managed technical debt.

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
