Staff Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement essential services, systems, and APIs, prioritizing scalability, security, and maintainability.

• Act as a technical leader across various projects, offering insights on system architecture, coding best practices, and performance enhancements.

• Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to produce high-quality solutions.

• Facilitate design reviews, code evaluations, and contribute to the creation of technical documentation and RFCs.

• Investigate and address critical issues in production environments, ensuring system reliability and uptime.

• Promote the adoption of engineering best practices, tools, and frameworks throughout teams.

• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, supporting their professional growth in technical fields.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least eight (8) years of experience in software engineering, encompassing the design and deployment of large-scale systems.

• Extensive expertise in one or more backend or full stack programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, Python, TypeScript).

• Solid understanding of distributed systems, API design, databases (both SQL and NoSQL), and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and observability practices.
