Staff Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Communicate effectively when engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend objectives and translate them into technical architecture and requirements.

• Employ a data-driven, iterative methodology for product development.

• Assess product scope and establish timelines.

• Guide and mentor fellow software engineers to adhere to best engineering practices.

• Develop technical solutions that meet business needs, prioritizing scalability, stability, efficiency, maintainability, and extensibility.

• Create products and software utilizing modern and reliable technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound understanding and experience with front-end applications, APIs, and back-end services.

• Familiarity with contemporary technologies including JavaScript, Node, AWS, and React.

• Strong comprehension of all components of a web solution and the potential impact on mobile.

• Experience in hosting application services with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Experience in launching mobile digital products to the Apple and Google Play app stores is advantageous.

• Background in a dynamic, high-growth, collaborative environment.

• Experience in healthcare or virtual care is highly preferred.
