Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +30 more states.

📋 Description

• Create backend services and APIs utilizing C#/.NET Core.

• Develop secure, responsive, and maintainable frontend applications with React.

• Implement 3D visualization and data-driven user interface experiences using Three.js.

• Design and enhance SQL Server schemas, indexing strategies, and aggregation pipelines.

• Set up Redis-based caching and signaling systems.

• Construct RAG pipelines, vector search integrations, and retrieval-optimized AI services.

• Develop agentic AI workflows leveraging LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy, or similar frameworks.

• Employ Secure SDLC practices throughout backend, frontend, infrastructure, and CI/CD workflows.

• Diagnose performance and scalability issues within distributed systems.

• Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.

• Collaborate with product, security, and data teams to establish engineering standards and deliver high-quality systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing production systems with C#/.NET Core.

• Expertise in production-level React, including hooks, state management, and secure UI patterns.

• Experience in designing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

• Strong background in SQL/database optimization, including indexing and schema design.

• Familiarity with Redis or similar in-memory data technologies.

• Practical experience with RAG frameworks, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines.

• Experience in creating agentic AI workflows using LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy, or similar frameworks.

• Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and AWS cloud services.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across full-stack and distributed environments.

• Understanding of secure architecture and Secure SDLC methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
