• Over 6 years of experience in software engineering.

• Proven experience in leading engineering teams with a measurable impact on technical strategy.

• A versatile software engineering mindset, eager to learn new languages, frameworks, and techniques suitable for a dynamic startup environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in building complex systems utilizing AI coding agents (we utilize Claude Code).

• Quick learner with the ability to mentor colleagues.

• Knowledge of data security and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
