Staff Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

• Overseeing project delivery from initiation to end-users, leading initiatives, and evolving in a dynamic setting.

• Collaborating closely with clients to grasp their requirements and meet business objectives.

• Specifying product requirements, determining suitable system designs, and coordinating development with our Product and Design teams.

• Fostering the development of a robust and effective engineering culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development.

• Proven experience in guiding development throughout the complete product lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, release management, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.

• Proficient in designing and implementing scalable system architectures, data structures, algorithms, and efficient development methodologies.
