• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch high-quality applications and APIs.

• Participating in code reviews and delivering constructive feedback.

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues to ensure the seamless operation of web applications and APIs.

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience as a professional software engineer.

• Experience in developing AI solutions or a strong willingness to learn.

• Familiarity with Agentic AI practices and coding tools.

• A diverse range of software development and delivery experience.

• A keen interest in tackling complex problems that contribute to public safety.

• A proactive approach to owning feature work and being involved in every aspect of a feature’s lifecycle.

• Experience with large codebases or enterprise-grade software.

• Proficiency in cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS experience.
