Staff Software Engineer – AI, Platform Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop integrations that enhance Delinea's discovery, identity, and governance capabilities with third-party AI platforms.

• Expand the existing Microsoft integration to include new platforms, starting with Salesforce Agentforce.

• Extract native identity signals from platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Entra and relay them to Delinea's identity layer.

• Manage agents through provider APIs and attestation when direct enforcement isn't feasible.

• Contribute enhancements to the shared discovery platform to increase coverage for AWS and Google Cloud.

• Leverage shared identity and policy components across various integrations.

• Report directly to the Director of Engineering, Securing AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 8 or more years of experience in developing production backend systems with substantial third-party API integration.

• Practical expertise with connector or adapter patterns, OAuth and token exchange, as well as webhook or event-based ingestion.

• Knowledge of at least one major AI or cloud platform ecosystem: Microsoft, AWS, or Salesforce.

• Proficient in a modern backend programming language such as C#, Go, Java, or Python.

• Capability to tackle complex integration challenges and choose effective solutions with minimal guidance.

• Background in creating SaaS integrations or security integration products like CASB or SSPM.

• Familiarity with AI agent platforms such as Copilot, Agentforce, or Bedrock AgentCore.

• Experience in security or identity is preferred.

• Must not require any form of US work authorization now or in the future.
