AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create and prototype agent workflows utilizing LangChain and/or comparable frameworks.

• Develop automation agents aimed at marketing workflows, encompassing campaign implementation, reporting, and content verification.

• Construct basic Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and ReAct agents to enhance response relevance and precision.

• Evaluate and test LLMs for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and suitability for the intended use case.

• Collaborate closely with the Hiring Manager to refine use cases and confirm the proof of concept.

• Potentially expand agent orchestration using LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

• Containerize workflows and establish deployment pipelines.

• Integrate layers for monitoring and observability to assess agent performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering or machine learning.

• At least 1 year of practical experience in constructing LLM-based workflows or autonomous agents.

• Demonstrated capability to design, prototype, and iterate on solutions using LangChain or similar frameworks.

• Strong grasp of prompt engineering, tool-use chaining, and agent orchestration patterns such as ReAct and Tool-Calling.

• Hands-on experience with vector databases including Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate.

• Experience in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

• Proficient in Python and relevant machine learning libraries such as Transformers, PyTorch, and LangChain.

• Familiarity with Docker.

• Experience deploying machine learning workloads in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI (preferred).

• Previous experience on agentic systems applied to marketing automation or similar use cases (preferred).

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices, container orchestration, and performance monitoring for machine learning pipelines (preferred).

• Awareness of AI ethics, security, and compliance in production-grade applications (preferred).

• Documented contributions to open-source projects, published research, or developer communities in the AI/LLM sector (preferred).
