Staff Site Reliability Engineer – Platform Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and manage backend services that are distributed globally.

• Make key architectural decisions regarding internal service integrations.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle: from planning and implementation to monitoring.

• Maintain and enhance infrastructure tooling and automation processes.

• Contribute to the establishment of engineering standards and documentation.

• Assess and incorporate AI tooling into engineering workflows.

• Experience in designing and managing globally distributed systems.

• Expertise in systems architecture.

• Proficient in Linux administration at scale.

• Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization techniques.

• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.

• Understanding of web servers, load balancing, and failover mechanisms.

• Experience working with dedicated or bare-metal hardware.

• Proficient in scripting or programming with Python or a similar language.

• Awareness of AI and LLM tooling.
