Staff Psychiatrist, MD or DO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver psychiatric care through telehealth for various conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations encompassing mental health history, medical history, diagnostic assessments, and risk evaluations.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include medication management and brief psychotherapy as suitable.

• Provide empathetic, respectful, and patient-centered care.

• Employ evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.

• Collaborate with fellow psychiatrists through consultations and case discussions.

• Utilize technology and operational systems effectively to ensure reliable telehealth services.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO psychiatrist.

• Active, unrestricted medical license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and medication management.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in providing care remotely and navigating electronic health record systems.

• Dedication to patient-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

• Current active DEA individual practitioner registration, as required by the application process.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry, as indicated by the application requirements.
