Staff Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP

📋 Description

• Deliver psychiatric care through telehealth for various conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, including assessments of mental health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluations, and risk analyses.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that integrate medication management with brief psychotherapy.

• Ensure compassionate, respectful, and patient-focused care.

• Apply evidence-based clinical protocols alongside responsible prescribing practices.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical colleagues through consultations and case reviews.

• Utilize technology and operational systems efficiently to provide dependable telehealth services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted state-issued authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.

• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management abilities.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be comfortable providing care remotely and proficient in using electronic health record systems.

• Show a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

• Availability for full-time or part-time work.

• Capability to deliver psychiatric care via telehealth.

• Hold an active, unrestricted APRN license or other state-issued PMHNP practice authorization.

• Ensure that active DEA individual practitioner registration requirements are addressed in the application form.
