This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee essential Trust & Safety initiatives aimed at minimizing harmful experiences for our users.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams (such as Product, Engineering, Legal, and others) to proactively recognize and address risks to user safety.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate program effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement, ensuring alignment with the company's broader goals and business objectives.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging risks linked to new technology products and contexts.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Trust & Safety operations or a similar role.
• Knowledge of content moderation ecosystems, including standards for policy implementation and large-scale review systems.
• Proficient in using metrics, dashboards, or reporting tools to identify trends and enhance outcomes.
• Capability to analyze and refine comprehensive Trust & Safety systems, which encompass policies, review processes, and tools.
• Strong comprehension of online safety challenges, including data privacy, misinformation, and fraud.
• Solid understanding of AI safety challenges, such as fairness, accountability, and transparency.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience engaging with diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Background in fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
• Proven ability to navigate a variety of Trust & Safety projects, quickly adapting to new challenges, policy areas, and operational demands.
