πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee the comprehensive delivery of intricate programs for government clients utilizing AtomEngine, ensuring that commitments are fulfilled punctually and to a high standard.

β€’ Act as the main liaison between Battle Road, government stakeholders, and external partners throughout the entirety of the program lifecycle.

β€’ Cultivate a thorough understanding of client objectives, workflows, and success benchmarks, advocating for these in the planning, execution, and delivery phases.

β€’ Convert client requirements into practical delivery strategies and product specifications, including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and milestones.

β€’ Take ownership of program execution by managing plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple simultaneous initiatives.

β€’ Foster effective collaboration among engineering, product, customer success, and partner teams, ensuring alignment and sustained progress.

β€’ Monitor, assess, and communicate program status, risks, and results, leading regular review sessions to maintain transparency with all stakeholders.

β€’ Travel regularly to customer sites and partner locations as necessary to facilitate program delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience managing programs or projects for U.S. federal government or defense clients.

β€’ Previous experience collaborating with or supporting software engineering and technical teams, especially on complex or platform-oriented products.

β€’ Proven ability to coordinate efforts across multiple organizations or partner teams, including subcontractors or external vendors.

β€’ Comfortable working in regulated or compliance-centric environments where documentation, traceability, and auditability are essential.

β€’ Experience in simulation, modeling, geospatial systems, or technologies related to game engines.

β€’ Due to federal contract stipulations, U.S. Citizenship is required for this role.

β€’ Active Secret or Top-Secret security clearance is preferred.
