This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Oversee essential Trust & Safety initiatives aimed at minimizing detrimental experiences for our users.
β’ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (such as Product, Engineering, Legal, and others) to proactively identify and address risks to user safety.
β’ Utilize data-driven methodologies to evaluate program effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement, aligning with broader company goals and business objectives.
β’ Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging risks related to new technology products and contexts.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in Trust & Safety operations or a similar role.
β’ Knowledge of content moderation ecosystems, including policy implementation standards and large-scale review systems.
β’ Proficient in using metrics, dashboards, or reporting tools to detect trends and enhance outcomes.
β’ Capability to analyze and optimize comprehensive Trust & Safety systems, encompassing policies, review processes, and tools.
β’ Strong comprehension of online safety topics, such as data privacy, misinformation, and fraud.
β’ Solid understanding of AI safety concerns, including fairness, accountability, and transparency.
β’ Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
β’ Experience engaging with diverse stakeholder groups.
β’ Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
β’ Demonstrated capability to navigate a wide array of Trust & Safety projects, quickly adapting to new challenges, policy areas, and operational requirements.
