This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Serve as the main strategic partner for designated healthcare clients on the West Coast, offering expertise in workforce and staffing solutions.
• Facilitate discussions on workforce planning, conduct program evaluations, and engage in business consultations with client leadership teams.
• Examine workforce data, staffing patterns, fill rates, contingent labor usage, and financial indicators to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Leverage ShiftWise and other workforce management tools to track program success and promote data-driven decision-making.
• Create and present executive-level presentations, business assessments, and strategic recommendations utilizing PowerPoint and Excel.
• Collaborate with operational, recruiting, and client service teams to ensure the effective implementation of workforce initiatives.
• Recognize risks, workforce challenges, and market dynamics, delivering proactive solutions to clients.
• Assist in the execution of workforce strategies that improve staffing results, boost efficiencies, and elevate client satisfaction.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and program leader.
• Oversee special projects, process enhancements, and strategic initiatives that align with client objectives and organizational goals.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 9-11 years of experience in healthcare staffing, workforce solutions, MSP, VMS, RPO, or program management.
• Solid understanding of hospital staffing, contingent labor programs, and healthcare workforce operations.
• Proficient in working with ShiftWise, VMS platforms, or workforce management systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, data analysis, and workforce metrics.
• Strong presentation capabilities in PowerPoint, including executive-level reporting and client-facing presentations.
• Outstanding communication, consulting, and relationship management abilities.
• Experience in managing large healthcare accounts, ideally within the West Coast region.
• Capacity to influence stakeholders and propel strategic workforce initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
