Junior Program Analyst – Healthcare Transformation

📋 Description

• Provide support for program analysis and develop documentation for healthcare initiatives.

• Assist in the strategic planning and coordination efforts involving various project stakeholders.

• Contribute to the development and upkeep of integrated master schedules.

• Aid in event planning and execution concerning program milestones and stakeholder engagement.

• Support Congressional Affairs by preparing reports and briefings.

• Analyze program metrics and report findings to evaluate performance and outcomes.

• Offer administrative and technical assistance for Financial Management Systems.

• Help identify risks and formulate mitigation strategies to ensure program success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.

• At least 3 years of pertinent professional experience in program or project analysis.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with a capacity to manage multiple priorities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team environments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills essential for audits, evaluations, and risk assessments.
